So far so good. My wife and I love the ease of liquid and taste great too. Has a light and natural lemon taste if you take it straight but mixed with water it is completely tasteless which is nice because I can mix with other supplements etc. Just a couple weeks in and I'm starting to feel increased energy and it seems my mental acuity and ability to recall for words as a speak is just sharper.
